2010 Chateau Tanunda Grand Barossa Riesling Wine Review
I got another wine that I have been trying to find for a long time now. Back when I took the course work for my WSET level 2, I tried a few Australian Rieslings in class and fell in love with them. However, I’ve been having a hell of a time finding them in my local market. Well, a local wine superstore was having a sale and one was there! Update: Thinking back on this #wine, I’m pondering if the reason I had such a high “plastic” note is because of Brettanomyces contamination. This bacteria can cause wines to have a strong plastic smell or “sweaty animal” aroma. Still, I don’t mind that as much as some so I stand by my rating, but it still makes me wonder…
