Dom’s Chop Salsa Hatch Batch Wine Pairings

Surprise! Dom (from Dom’s Chop Salsa) and Dale (from being a good friend of mine) Bracey join me in an announcement for a new salsa from Dom’s Chop Salsa. Today, Dom reveals his Hatch Batch and we try 3 different wines that I think will pair well with it.

Dom’s Chop Salsa Hatch Batch will be launching on September 25th at your local H-E-B store. Order it for yourself at heb.com. Stay tuned as I will be giving away a jar of the Hatch Batch in a future video! (Give it a week or so. Subscribe to get the notification when the announcement is on the channel.) The Hatch Batch launch party is September 23rd at the Hay’s St. Bridge Big Hops Location…in case you are in the area. Stop by and say hello!

Stuart Bankey
My name is Stuart and I live in San Antonio, TX. My love affair with wine started when I was in graduate school. I didn’t use loans to pay for school, so we had to be as frugal as possible. I also started to experiment with wine during this time. It took a little while, but I was able to pick out flavors in wine and started to realize that there were some good (and bad) wines that could be found for under $15 a bottle. I decided to start a blog to act as an outlet for my creative energies and talk about the wine that I have tried.

  • Really enjoyed the show. Fun. Love Dom’s Chop Salsa and can’t wait for the Hatch batch to hit the shelves. Never thought about pairing it with wine and will now try it with the Reisling!
